This is a specimen book featuring the typeface Didot by Linotype. I chose to give the book a theme based on fashion because that is what the typeface was used for in many of its early applications.The objective was to showcase the typeface’s history and its attributes. This book explains the different characteristics of the typeface such as the anatomy, weights and ornaments.
